Book 3+ hours ahead
Requests must be made at least 3 hours before pickup so a vehicle and chauffeur can be assigned.

For airport pickups, add your airline and flight number — we may monitor your flight to help coordinate the pickup.

Add up to 3 stops, or book by the hour (3 to 12 hours) for flexible plans.

Frequent questions
How far in advance should I reserve my ride?
XVIA currently specializes in pre-arranged transportation. Reservations should generally be made at least three hours before the requested pickup time. We recommend booking as early as possible for airport travel, corporate transportation, special events, group travel and other time-sensitive trips to help ensure vehicle availability.
Is my ride confirmed when I submit the form?
Your request is received right away and you get a reference number. Our team then contacts you to confirm availability and the final details.
Can I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes. XVIA allows reservations to be arranged for another passenger. Please provide the passenger’s correct name, contact information, pickup details and any relevant travel information so we can properly coordinate the trip. In the booking form, choose “Someone else” in the passenger step.
Are tolls, airport fees and other charges included in my quoted price?
Your reservation quote or confirmation will identify the charges applicable to your trip. Depending on the trip and pricing arrangement, tolls, airport access fees, waiting time, additional stops, parking or other applicable charges may be included or added separately. Any applicable charges are handled in accordance with the terms presented for the reservation. No charge is made when you submit a ride request on this website.
