Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of xviausa.com and the chauffeured transportation services offered under the XVIA / XVIA USA brand by Elevate Mobility Group LLC (“XVIA”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or requesting a ride you agree to these terms.
The service
XVIA provides pre-arranged, private chauffeured ground transportation. Service is provided in accordance with our licensing and operating authority (Westchester County TLC Base No. WC2602144); some origin and destination combinations may be subject to regulatory limits.
Requests and confirmation
- Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you.
- Requests must be made at least 3 hours before the pickup time.
- You must provide accurate information, including pickup details, number of passengers, luggage and, for airport pickups, flight details.
- Vehicles are booked by category (Black, XL, Elite SUV). Models shown on the website are examples; the exact make and model may vary (or similar).
- Capacities shown are maximums. We may decline or adjust a ride that exceeds a vehicle’s capacity or cannot be performed safely or lawfully.
Pricing and payment
Pricing depends on the route, vehicle, date, time and service type and is communicated before your reservation is confirmed. Applicable charges are handled securely and electronically. No charge is made when you submit a request on this website.
Changes, cancellations and waiting time
Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and by the terms communicated with your confirmation.
Flights
If you provide flight details, we may monitor your flight to help coordinate the pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, airports, traffic, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Passenger conduct
Passengers must follow the chauffeur’s safety instructions and applicable law, wear seat belts, and treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Illegal activity, smoking and behavior that endangers safety are not permitted. We may end a ride for safety reasons. Damage to the vehicle may be charged.
Non-emergency service
XVIA is not an ambulance, medical or emergency transportation service and chauffeurs do not provide medical assistance. In an emergency, call 911.
Business accounts
Business, hotel, healthcare and partner accounts may be subject to a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, submit false or automated requests, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access. Website content, the XVIA name and logo are protected and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, XVIA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed flights, connections or events, arising from delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
