Which airports does XVIA provide transportation to?

JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Newark (EWR), Westchester County (HPN), Teterboro (TEB) and New York Stewart (SWF), in accordance with our operating authority. Please include your flight number when booking and notify us of any delays or itinerary changes. Our team will help coordinate any necessary pickup adjustments, subject to availability and your reservation’s terms. See Airports.

Does XVIA monitor my flight for airport pickups?

Yes. When flight information is provided, XVIA may monitor the flight to help account for early arrivals, delays and other schedule changes. We recommend providing accurate airline and flight information when making an airport reservation so the trip can be coordinated as effectively as possible.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

When your pickup is at an airport, choose Standard Pickup or Meet & Greet. With Standard Pickup, your driver meets you at the designated pickup area and stays in touch by phone. With Meet & Greet, your driver waits for you inside the terminal with a name sign (additional charge plus parking). Meeting points depend on each airport’s rules, and our team confirms the details with you.

How much does the ride cost?

Pricing depends on the route, vehicle, date and time. Submit a request and our team will contact you with the details before your trip is confirmed.
