Requirements
What you’ll need

Valid driver’s license
A current U.S. driver’s license in good standing.

TLC driver license
A for-hire (TLC) driver license valid for the areas you serve.

A licensed vehicle
NY TLC plate + Westchester County TLC vehicle license, or Westchester County TLC plate + Westchester County TLC vehicle license; commercial auto insurance.
